FK Mlada Boleslav with no personnel concerns... Czech side Mlada Boleslav have it all to do in the return leg of their opening UEFA Cup tie at the Stadio Renzo Barbera, having conceded a last minute winner to the Siclians in the first leg. That means they must score in Sicily to have any chance of progression, and although their recent league form has improved, that may still be a tough task. Mlada Boleslav are coming off the back of two excellent victories in the Gambrinus Liga, beating famous Prague sides Sparta and Bohemians in consecutive games. This match will provide an altogether different kind of challenge for coach Zdenek Scasny and his team, however. Scasny may switch to a 3-5-2 formation for this contest, with Miroslav Miller (r) (gk) starting behind a defence of Petr Vorisek (r) (def), Milan Kopic (r) (def) and Adrian Rolko (r) (def). That means the midfield could consist of Tomas Sedlacek (r) (mid), Marek Matejovsky (r) (mid), Jan Rajnoch (r) (mid), Jan Kysela (r) (mid) - who looked dangerous in the first leg against Palermo, and Vaclav Kalina (r) (mid). That means that up front Frenchman Alexandr Mendy (r) (att) could join the exuberant Ivo Taborsky (r) (att) - who scored twice in the weekend win over Bohemians. His excellent form has meant that Radim Holub (sp) (att) has been relegated to the bench, although Holub scored the winner over Sparta Prague last weekend, so he too is in form. Indeed, Mlada Boleslav's form of late has improved significantly under new coach Scasny. He'll hope to give this tie a real shake, particularly with Palermo currently struggling in Serie A.
