Motherwell look to overturn 1-0 defecit...McLean (sp) (def) and Klimpl (sp) (def) unavailable...Hughes (k) (mid) and Craigan (r) (def) should return...Porter (r) (att) back from ban...Motherwell face a huge task in this game as they must overcome a 1-0 defeat from the first leg if they are to progress to the UEFA Cup group stages.  The team finally picked up a win on Saturday to end a four game losing streak but Nancy will be a much tougher challenge than St Mirren.  The lack of an away goal from France will prove difficult as Motherwell will be walking on egg shells - one strike from the visitors will surely kill the game as a contest.  But the hosts must still look to attack and it looks like youngster Jamie Murphy will be given the chance to shine after impressing recently.  He will probably have Clarkson and Sutton for company with Porter, though back from a ban, likely to be on the bench.  The trio in midfield will probably welcome back Hughes who returns to the squad after a knock while Malcolm will be the anchor after doing well recently.  Lasley will be the energetic player who chases a lot but will have to use this in a constructive manner.  The back four will almost certainly contain Craigan after he missed out at the weekend with a strain in his back as he has been included in the squad.  Quinn will return to right back with Reynolds and Hammell taking the other spots in front of 'keeper Smith.  McLean and Klimpl are both injured although the latter is ineligible anyway.  Motherwell don't need a miracle here but it is not far from it.  They will need a wonderful performance, and a fair share of luck, if they are to succeed.
