Target
The only goal for this coming season must be to improve on the last one. 12th place is far too low for Elfsborg, who have been on a downward spiral ever since their Allsvenskan win. And, while no one expects them to trouble the runners and riders for the title, a top half finish must still be a target. They might need one more season to fulfil that though. Elfsborg need to avoid any shocks against newly promoted sides, and be strong enough to be on the right end of results against mid-table sides in and around them in the table. Anything beyond that would be a clear sign of Thelin stopping the rot, and that will be looked on as a positive step.
