Football Season Guide

MK Dons are now in their highest ever division having been promoted last term. Their decision to keep faith with Karl Robinson, and their own manager's loyalty to the club, has worked dividends and they should be well set for this crack at the Championship. Summer signings have probably been a bit underwhelming with the arrivals of Simon Church, Dale Jennings and Sam Gallagher the pick. The Dons will be a bit of an unknown quantity for some teams and that might work in their favour. They are a team derided due to their history and the way they are formed but MK Dons have started to lay their own foundations and will look to continue the wave of optimism around the area. That said any success at the top end of the table would be unlikely this term.
