It was an unforgettable season for Sivas as they won the 1st title of the club history defeating Kayseri in the Turkish Cup final. They have not been active in the transfer market this season. The fans have seen the arrivals of only three new players so far. Paluli move to the backline as a right-back. While Robin Yalcin comes into the midfield, Angielski will compete with Yatabare up front. Considering the departures, they still need new arrivals. They have already faced several problems last season and coach Calimbay said that he does not want to face the same problems once again. That is why he aims at building a wide-range squad but they were pretty late in adding new players so far. Looking at the current squad, it looks strong but it also seems fragile considering that they are going to play in thee different competitions as it was last season. If they do not bring in more new faces, the squad will be short again and injuries will be a potential weakness. The coach had to field experimental line ups in most fixtures of the season because of absentees. At the moment, they are inclined to face the same problems. The good news is that they have not seen any major departure except Fajr. So, the coach has the same quality in his pocket. If they could bring in some quality like Angielski, they are expected to be successful this season too.

Target

Midtable and the cup. Of course, they aim at repeating their great success. A short squad will not let them go further than the midtable.
